Even today, more than a decade later, it remains the single most valuable investment I've ever made in myself. I can confidently say that I wouldn't have progressed as rapidly or as significantly in my fitness journey if I had tried to go it alone.

Having that expert guidance and coaching by my side helped me achieve remarkable physical shape. I gained muscle, improved my posture, and reached a point where my body was stronger, more flexible, leaner, and completely free of pain.

Moreover, this experience allowed me to step into the shoes of a client – feeling the push beyond comfort zones in training sessions, mastering new techniques, and embracing the role of a total beginner.

For 5 years, I worked as a Senior Instructor for a fitness certification company where I taught their kettlebell instructor certification program.

It was my job to certify personal trainers, strength coaches, gym owners, and other health/wellness professionals on how to use and teach kettlebells safely and effectively, both for their own fitness and for teaching their clients in their businesses.

This experience was an honour and something I am extremely proud to have accomplished. 

It solidified me as an elite-level trainer in Canada.

For a solid five years, I served as a Senior Instructor for a renowned global fitness certification company. My role primarily revolved around instructing their kettlebell certification program.

I had the privilege of certifying personal trainers, strength coaches, gym owners, and various health and wellness professionals in the safe and effective use of kettlebells. This training wasn't just about their personal fitness but also equipped them to teach their clients confidently and competently within their own businesses.

This experience was truly an honor, and it's an accomplishment I hold in the highest regard. I must say, I learned just as much from my students as they did from me. It solidified my standing as an elite-level trainer here in Canada.
MY PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION:
STORY:
Earlier this year, I found myself feeling heavy, sluggish, lethargic and not performing at my best.

I had experienced a serious shoulder injury in 2018, and I had tremendous stress in my life from every single angle. 

I had a weak mindset
I had gone soft on my goals.
I got lazy with my diet and training
I made excuses for myself. 
I gained weight and felt out-of-shape.

Enough was enough. 

I decided to draw a line in the sand and make an immediate change that impacted every part of my life.

I went all in and gave it my 100%. No excuses.
75HARD:
I heard about this 'Mental Toughness' challenge called "75HARD" and I decided to do it.

For 75 Days in a Row:

1. Commit to a diet of choice and stick to it. No alcohol. Zero cheat meals.

2. Workout 2x/day, every single day. 1 workout must be outdoors. 1 workout must be in a gym. Both workouts must be at least 45 minutes long. No rest days.

3. Drink 1 gallon of water every single day.

4. Read at least 10 pages of non-fiction, self-improvement/entrepreneurial book every single day.

5. Take a progress picture every single day.

If you miss any of the requirements, you start over at the beginning on Day 1.
MY RESULTS:
When you create enough small victories for yourself you start to realize you have the potential to achieve anything. 

Strength training gives you the ability to see success and to feel great.

I lost 29.2 lbs. and dropped 8.1% body fat in 75 days. 

On July 8th, 2019 I started at 235.5 lbs and 18.4% body fat. 

On September 21st, 2019, I finished at 206.2 lbs. and 10.3% body fat.

More importantly, I regained my edge again. I got my mental clarity and focus back, and I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life.

It's time to get serious about your health and fitness.

Building muscle, losing body fat and being fit is both nutrition and exercise; you can't do one without the other and expect results.

Don't worry - I won't put you on a diet, that's exactly how to fail.

I'll work with you to put together a simple plan so you can prep your meals at home quickly and easily, make nutrition enjoyable and effective for your body and your goals.
THIRD:
As your personal trainer and coach,  I will do my very best to motivate you, keep you on track and make every workout fun, challenging and engaging.

But, I need you to do the rest by showing up with a good attitude and be ready to put in the work.

At the end of the day, you can have results, or you can have excuses, but you cannot have both!

You don't need any prior experience to Jumpstart your fitness journey, just the right mindset and a determination to succeed!

First and foremost, commitment is key. 

Your actions should align with your goals. 

While perfection isn't expected from day one, giving it your 100% effort, whatever that may be at the moment, is a must.

This isn't a drop-in, casual workout program. 

Your sessions will be scheduled consistently each week, and I'll be there to hold you accountable.
SECOND:
Secondly, you should be open to coaching and willing to make healthy lifestyle adjustments, particularly in the kitchen. 

Achieving muscle growth, shedding body fat, and achieving peak fitness require both diet and exercise. 

You can't have one without the other if you want real results.

No crash diets here! 

I'll work with you to create a straightforward meal plan that makes nutrition enjoyable and effective for your lifestyle and goals.
THIRD:
Thirdly, as your personal trainer and coach, I'm committed to motivating you, keeping you on track, and ensuring each workout is fun and challenging.

However, I need you to meet me halfway with a positive attitude and a readiness to put in the effort.

What's included in the fitness assessment package?
The fitness assessment and consultation package includes two 1-hour sessions which are split 48-72 hours apart. 

Session 1 is for your assessments, which will give us a clear understanding of where your body and fitness levels are at so I can design a proper customized program for you. 

Session 2 is for your report of findings, where I will show you how you scored on everything in your previous session and present two program options to you for personal training. 
Do I need to bring anything to the fitness assessment package sessions?
Yes. We will be doing a few assessments that are physical, so you will need to bring a change of gym clothes and water bottle. There is a water fountain at the gym. I recommend bringing your own water bottle and a lock for the lockers.
Can I shower at the gym?
Yes, There are 4 showers which have shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are also towels available for your use.
Can we train at a different location, like my home gym?
No. Your training program will involve many different aspects of strength & conditioning training. 

Because of that, certain equipment is needed. 

Also, the environment of a private training studio is much different than the comfort of your home. That alone will push you towards greater success with your training.  All sessions will be held at Elite Performance...

What's included in the fitness assessment package?
The fitness assessment and consultation package includes two 1-hour sessions which are split 48-72 hours apart. 

Session 1 is for your assessment which will give us a clear understanding of where your body and fitness levels are at so I can design a proper customized program for you. 

Session 2 is for your report of findings, where I will show you how you scored on everything in your previous session and present two program options to you for personal training. 
Do I need to bring anything to the fitness assessment package sessions?
Yes. We will be doing a few assessments that are physical, so you will need to bring a change of gym clothes and water bottle. There is a water fountain at the gym. I recommend bringing your own water bottle and a lock for the lockers.

Can I shower at the gym?
Yes, There are 4 showers which have shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are also towels available for your use.
Can we train at a different location, like my home gym?
No. Your training program will involve many different aspects of strength & conditioning training. 

Because of that, certain equipment is needed. 

Also, the environment of a private training studio is much different than the comfort of your home. That alone will push you towards greater success with your training.  All sessions will be held at Elite Performance...
