MY PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION:
THE STORY:
Earlier this year, I found myself feeling heavy, sluggish, lethargic and not performing at my best.

I had experienced a serious shoulder injury in 2018, and I had tremendous stress in my life from pretty much every single angle. 

I had totally gone soft on my mindset and my goals.
I forgot who I was.
I got lazy with my diet and training
I made excuses for myself. 

And, I gained weight and felt out-of-shape.

Enough was enough. I decided to draw a line in the sand and make an immediate change that impacted every part of my life.

I went all in and gave it my 100%. No excuses.
75HARD:
I heard about this 'Mental Toughness' challenge called "75HARD" and I decided to do it.

For 75 Days in a Row:

1. Commit to a diet of choice and stick to it. No alcohol. Zero cheat meals.

2. Workout 2x/day, every single day. 1 workout must be outdoors. 1 workout must be in a gym. Both workouts must be at least 45 minutes long. No rest days.

3. Drink 1 gallon of water every single day.

4. Read at least 10 pages of non-fiction, self-improvement/entrepreneurial book every single day.

5. Take a progress picture every single day.

If you miss any of the requirements, you start over at the beginning on Day 1.
MY RESULTS:
When you create enough small victories for yourself you start to realize you have the potential to achieve anything. 

Strength training gives you the ability to see success and to feel great.

I lost 29.2 lbs. and dropped 8.1% body fat in 75 days. 

On July 8th, 2019 I started at 235.5 lbs and 18.4% body fat. 

On September 21st, 2019, I finished at 206.2 lbs. and 10.3% body fat.

More importantly, I regained my edge again. I got my mental clarity and focus back, and I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life.
